Hi, I'm Xiangping Liu

I'm looking for research opportunities in mechanistic interpretability and/or LLMs.

I just obtained a master's degree in Computer Science from NYU Tandon with 4.0 GPA. A half of the courses I've taken were algorithms, while others consist of Machine Learning, Foundations of Data Science, Big Data, Software Engineering, etc. In fall 2025 and spring 2026, I was a course assistant for Foundations of Data Science and helped the professor develop an autograding system to provide real-time feedback to students' assignments.

I'm a first-gen high school and college student as well as the first English-speaker in my family.
